Accessing the Menu Management System

Start managing your menu by logging in to your Merchant Dashboard:

You will need your username and password to access your account.

Editing an Existing Menu

  1. Log In: Access the dashboard using your credentials.
  2. Menu Navigation: Click on "Menu" and then "Editor" within the navigation bar.
  3. Select Location: Choose the location, then select the brand menu you want to edit.
  4. Select Marketplace: Navigate to the marketplace menu you wish to edit, for example, "DoorDash".
  5. Overview and Editing: The menu is visible under "Overview". Use the navigation bar to move through categories, items, and modifiers. Expand sections to view and edit categories, items, modifier groups, and individual modifiers.

Creating a Menu

  1. Initiate Menu Creation: Click the blue action button on the top left corner, then select "Add Menu".
  2. Build Your Menu: Add sections, categories, items, modifier groups, and modifiers. Fill in details like name, description, price, and add images.
  3. Advanced Settings: Set special tax rates for specific sections if applicable, like alcoholic beverages.
  4. Save and Publish: Once completed, click "Save". To publish, click "Publish Menu", confirm tax rates in the popup window, and click "OK". Await a confirmation popup indicating successful transmission.

Editing Menu Items

  1. Access Item Settings: From the "Menu Editor", select the location and menu. Navigate to the desired section and choose an item to edit.
  2. Modify Item Details: In the popup window, you can change the name, description, and status. Save your changes by clicking "Save".
  3. Publish Changes: After editing, click "Publish Menu". Confirm the tax rate adjustments in the popup and click "OK". Wait for the success confirmation before refreshing the page.

Adding Images to Items

  1. Navigate to Items: Go to the "Items" tab or use the overview menu to locate the desired item.
  2. Add Images: Click the image icon next to the item. You can paste, upload, or take new photos using your device's camera.
  3. Save and Publish: After adding images, click "Save" and then "Publish Menu". Confirm the tax rate and wait for the final confirmation of the menu publication.

Editing Prices

Manual Price Edit:

  1. Select Item/Modifier: Navigate to the desired item or modifier. Click on the displayed price to open the edit window.
  2. Adjust Price: Enter the new price and click "Set".
  3. Save and Confirm: Click "Save", then "Publish Menu". Confirm tax rate changes and wait for the success notification.

Auto Price Edit:

  1. Access Price Tools: Click the action button and select "Update Prices".
  2. Set Price Adjustments: Choose to increase or decrease prices. Set the rate as a percentage or fixed amount.
  3. Specify Scope and Rounding: Decide whether the change applies to all items and modifiers or specific categories. Select rounding options.
  4. Save and Publish: Click "Save", then "Publish Menu". Confirm the tax rate and wait until the changes are fully published.
