Managing your store’s availability on TabLess is simple and flexible. This guide will show you how to pause or resume orders for all integrations or specific platforms like DoorDash, ensuring you have complete control over your operations.


Steps for Managing Store Availability

1. Login to TabLess Dashboard

2. Navigate to the Integration Page

  • Once logged in, go to the Integration Page from the main menu.

3. Select Your Location

  • Choose the location for which you want to manage order availability.

4. Pause or Resume Orders

  • Click on the three dots at the top of the screen next to the integration you want to manage.

  • Select Pause Orders from the dropdown menu.

5. Set a Specific Time for Pause

  • Choose one of the following options:

    • 15 Minutes: Orders will automatically resume after 15 minutes.

    • Until End of the Day: Orders will pause for the remainder of the day and resume automatically the next day.

6. Save Changes

  • Click Save to confirm your changes. The updates will reflect immediately across the selected integration(s).

7. Resume Orders Anytime

  • You can return to the Integration Page at any time to resume taking orders by following the same steps and selecting Resume Orders.


Notes and Best Practices

  • Multiple Integrations: If you manage multiple integrations, you can choose to pause all integrations or just specific ones as needed.

  • Real-Time Updates: All changes are applied instantly, ensuring your store’s availability is always up-to-date.

  • Order Resumption: If you select a specific time frame, the system will automatically resume orders after the pause period ends.
