Accessing the Dashboard
- Log In: Access your merchant dashboard by logging in with your credentials at Merchant Dashboard URL.
Managing Item Availability
- Menu Navigation: After logging in, click on "Menu" and then select "Availability" from the navigation bar.
- Select Location and Brand: Click on the location where you need to adjust item availability. If you operate multiple brands at this location, select the desired brand.
- Adjust In-stock Items: The first page will display items that are currently not in stock. To change the availability status of an item, click on the current status displayed next to the item. Adjustments can be made to change the item’s status to:
- Available
- Sold out today
- Sold out until (set the date)
- Archived
- Save Changes: Once all adjustments have been made, click "Save" to update the item statuses.
Navigating Item Categories
- Access Categories: Navigate using the top bar to select Categories, Items, or Modifiers to display all relevant selections.
- Adjust Availability: To change the availability status of specific categories, items, or modifiers, click on the current availability status displayed. You can set the status to:
- Available
- Sold out today
- Sold out until (where you set a specific date)
- Archived
- Confirm Adjustments: After making the necessary adjustments, click "Save" to ensure all changes are applied and reflected accurately across all platforms.
